The Love from Mary’s Heart…

My Parents began to lay the foundation for Mary’s Heart Home Care Service during the early 1970’s when both of my parents Pleas and Mary answered their calling to minister to God’s People. Not only did they Pastor a church; but their ministry expanded beyond that, and established Christ Combination Mission, helping those in need. Witnessing my parents’ house, clothe and feed less fortunate families, regardless of race, faith or ethnicity truly inspired me. The way my parents demonstrated God’s love to everyone they came in contact with and treated them as family was so profound; that it ignited a passion in me to serve others. I began my career in Homecare in the late 1980’s and fell in love! With anything in life, challenges would be presented but, my eagerness to learn and willingness to adapt to my client’s needs as they changed allowed me to grow and later teach other caregivers to care leading with compassion. I later answered my calling to spread the Gospel and became an ordained minister in 2008. I am now the Pastor of my own church for over 10+ years.

My father passed away when I was young of Leukemia and my mother passed away a little over 10 years ago. Aside from my professional experience in Home Care, I understand what it is like to witness a loved one’s health deteriorate. Caring for them in the process can become increasingly overwhelming as time goes on and can begin to take its toll on family caretakers mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Mary’s Heart Home Care Service can help lighten the load and take on some of those tasks that can feel burdensome in exchange for more quality time with your loved one.

Matthew 7:16 KJV Jesus states, “Ye shall know them by their Fruits…” and that is how I live my life, in everything that I do. Mary’s Heart Home Care Service vows to bear only good fruit. Our core values and beliefs of putting God first and loving others as Christ loves the church is fundamental in keeping us grounded and focused on our mission of serving God’s people.
